Section 148 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) was extended in time for the filing of court fees and the filing of the amended Plaintiff's High Court and the defendants were instructed to do the necessary work within a timely manner. Extended verification was also filed by the applicant. The High Court, which filed for the declaration of its rights in property in the dispute, correctly found that extending the time for filing the amended raid and meeting the reduction of court fees was a reasonable case. The Supreme Court refused to interfere in the extended time by the High Court leave. Appeal denied
