Section 273 Specific Relief Act (of 1877), Failure to give notice before filing Section 42 declaration, was filed by the plaintiff as an agent for effectiveness, but was subsequently changed to trial. The trial court dismissed the case on the ground. That, under section 273 of the Cantonment Act, 1924, the plaintiff's appellate court did not give any notice, similarly the High Court upheld the judgment and order passed by the trial court that the plaintiff's arguments were that the injunction was in contravention. The matter should have been considered a notice to the cantonment. Board Accuracy The High Court correctly found that the requirement of section 273 (1) of the Cantonment Act, 1924 was necessary in nature, in which case the board acted in compliance with section 273 (1) of the notice and cantonment act. Could not be done 1924 Appeal leave denied
