Article 5 and Schedule Muslim Family Law Ordinance (VIII of 1961), Sections 7 (3) and 8 dissolution of marriage by the husband exercising the right of divorce on behalf of his wife regarding the right of divorce between the parties. And the notice was sent by the wife in compliance with the provisions of Sections 7 and 8 of the Muslim Family Law Ordinance; after the notice was received on the ninth day of the 1961 stipulation, the wife and the reconciliation between the families were impossible. It is not possible that the Muslim Family Laws will issue the necessary documents on receipt of notice of nasim and the failure of reconciliation as specified in Sections 7 (3) and 8 of the Ordinance, 1961.
