SYED MATCH COMPANY LTD. versus AUTHORITY UNDER PAYMENT OF WAGES ACT
Sections 15 and 17 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 185 (3) and 1993 payment of salaries payable by the applicant (employer) were filed by the applicant against this order instead of appeal. The Court dismissed the constitutional petition as a matter of complete absence of jurisdiction and could not be construed as an economic jurisdiction. The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal and dismissed the appeal
