Section 42 and 45 Registration Act in the Daily Book (XVI of 1908), Section 17 Mutual Report, Evidence of mutation in favor of the Plaintiffs was canceled by the Revenue Authorities on the basis that the defendants had produced a registered sale deed. The plaintiffs claimed to be the owner of the suit land through the purchase and proved the sale in their favor, the plaintiffs intended to produce a journal of the revenue authorities, both the courts dismissed the above case and the appeals filed by the plaintiffs. The authenticity of the journal was not admissible for proof because it was not a document signed by the parties, nor was it recorded by any revenue authority until proper weight was given to the registered sale deed. This is not denied by authentic evidence. In order to reject the contents of the registered sale deed, the searches of the two courts below were in accordance with the decisions of the law and the decree passed by them.
