MUHAMMAD NAWAZ versus PUNJAB SERVICE TRIBUNAL
Sections 3 (3) (a) and 4 (2) (a) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Articles 199 and 212 (3) of the Constitution Petition were appealed against the order of dismissal from the service of the service tribunal. Dismissed by the service tribunal, government employees filed a constitutional petition. In the Service Tribunals Act, 1974, the applicant himself referred to the service tribunal, after his appeal was dismissed, he was deliberately banned from challenging the wiring of the service tribunal petitioner and was prosecuted. Joy's jurisdiction was not heard. Article 212 (3) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973) applied for an alternative to filing an appeal before the Supreme Court, which petitioned itself.
