Land Acquisition Act 1894 Sections 4, 11, 18, 23 and 54 Land Acquisition Compensation Determinants The owners of two factories obtained by the Court are not satisfied with the rate of compensation as determined by the Land Acquisition Collector, Department of Land 18 filed an objection petition. Gone, not subject to any illegal interference, false advertising or reading of evidence cannot be interfered with by the High Court in exercising its jurisdiction.
