Land Acquisition Act 1894 Sections 4, 11, 18, 23 and 54 Land Acquisition Compensation Determinants The owners of two factories obtained by the Court are not satisfied with the rate of compensation as determined by the Land Acquisition Collector, Department of Land 18 filed an objection petition. The super structure of the two factories and its decision and order was given accordingly, but nevertheless, the deployment of the chief executive was not subject to the referee court's order based on the lengthy cross examination decision and the report of a competent civil engineer. Gone, not subject to any illegal interference, false advertising or reading of evidence cannot be interfered with by the High Court in exercising its jurisdiction.
