DILAWAR KHAN versus FAZAL HADI

OI, Rr 3 and 9 of the Special Relief Act (I of 1877), the Section 8 suit for the possession of the plaintiff claimed that his deceased uncle was the sole legal heir of the plaintiff when he was assembled. I did not have the victim plaintiff's ethnic table. It is conceded that the deceased has left three daughters, in the presence of the deceased's daughters, they cannot be the legal heir and cannot claim exclusive property on the suit property. In this case the inheritance is hereditary; Availability will be considered non-fatal. In the circumstances the suit was dismissed
