It was found that the defendant had purchased the land from one of the joint owners of the Khata, and had stepped into the joint owners' shoes and retained his right in the land listed by the courts below to temporarily apply for a stay order. That was temporary in it. Nature was in accordance with the principles of the temporary injunction. Supreme Court refuses to interfere in arbitration case decided by courts
