There is nothing to indicate or record that the defendant was abroad or residing during all these years and had no intention of returning to Pakistan that it was stated that the applicants were merely Verbal statement could not be impacted. He left the country and went abroad without any proof that he was doing a profitable job during that period, nor was it enough to deprive him of the benefits of the service, nor could I provide such evidence. In the absence of, it may be assumed that he committed any fraud on the Court Review plea, he was dismissed in the circumstances.
