He left the country and went abroad without any proof that he was doing a profitable job during that period, nor was it enough to deprive him of the benefits of the service, nor could I provide such evidence. In the absence of, it may be assumed that he committed any fraud on the Court Review plea, he was dismissed in the circumstances.
