Preamble to the Lahore Development Authority Act 1975 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Writing Application: Allotment of Land Plot Allotment for allotment was not approved by the Chief Minister, where the Chief Minister's order was the Lahore Development Authority Act 1975. Was not complied with, and no legitimate right was taken on the rules and regulations set forth thereunder. The petition order passed by the Chief Minister was not sustainable. The High Court dismissed the constitutional petition in which the respondent was directed to return the money to the applicant within a specified time.
