The accused, in the circumstances, failed to prove serious and sudden provocation and it was proved that the incident was presented as a cause of envy and revenge even though the accused involved in the case included family honor, There was no justification for killing him. On the basis of suspicion of the three victims, the incident related to the murder of the wife of the accused was unseen and it came to the knowledge of the neighbors when he was accused in his house.
