This order is maintained by the appellate court directing the plaintiff to submit the balance directive amount within 30 days in the pre-trial section 25 Civil Code of Conduct (V8 1908), sections 148 and O XX, R 14. If the plaintiff is given 30 days to submit such amount, the defendant's request will be dismissed in which the Appellate Court's order requesting an extension of time for such deposit is inappropriate. After the court decided the appeal, the appellate court became a fact officer and could not happen. Such period may be extended a second time by the Appellate Court Trial Court to extend such period to the time it is submitted, but not once appealed and after becoming a factics officer, except when Its jurisdiction is called for in the review or to correct any scientific or math error. Its decision, when no period had been fixed in the relevant law itself, would have the benefit of providing for Section 148, the CPC would be able to take advantage of the sick, but otherwise the plaintiff would have such amount within 30 days. The appellate court failed to submit through the High Court, which set aside the decisions / orders of the courts and dismissed the circumstances.
