Section 497 Control of Narcotic Material Stances Yield Act (XXV of 1997), Section 9 (C) possession of drug paraphernalia, export of intoxicating quantities and export of three kilograms of narcotic under the driving conviction of the same expected quantity of vehicle. Wind. The conviction for a prohibited vehicle weighing less than ten kilograms was up to fourteen years, so, given the exported ban, the accused was not expected to serve more than two years and the investigating agency did not require the accused. Also neither the former perpetrator nor the present perpetrator involved in such crimes has been granted bail in the circumstances.
