KHALID HASSAN KHAN versus PAKISTAN INTERNATIONAL AIR LINES

Article 199 The High Court granted the constitutional jurisdiction of the scope petitioner (travel agent) from the penalties imposed on him by Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) for allegedly violating the terms and conditions of the agent's license.
