JEHANGIR KHAN versus MUHAMMAD ARIF

Article 4 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 203D Succession grandson was entitled to inherit the rights of the grandson that his father / mother would have inherited if he had lived at the inauguration of the succession. Mothers were entitled to share in their inheritance the inheritance that they had. A decision passed by the Federal Shariat Court will automatically suspend proceedings when the appeal is dismissed by the Shariat Appeal Bench of Supreme Court decisions and orders. The action taken by the two courts below was on a valid basis and the review was excluded in accordance with the law.
