Article 5, Schedule Authorities Act (X of 1873), Sections 8, 9, 10 and 11 of the Martyrs of the Law, (10 of 1984), Article 163 of the Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 of the Constitution Petition, Dover, Dowry Articles and Maintenance Special oath for plaintiff's offer to withdraw his claim if defendant or his parents took an oath on the Quran that gold jewelry was given to the plaintiff because the plaintiff wrote to him. The defendant accepted the offer and took special oath, and the approval of the special oath was also completed because of the trial. The Judicial Reconciliation Trial Court had voluntarily filed a litigation claim on the basis of this oath, withholding to reopen the past and, especially when it was himself, no special injustice to the plaintiff.
