Section 7 337A (i) Shuja-e-Kha Defendant's Testimony of the Evidence of Suspect The accused was convicted by a trial which led to the confrontation of Shuja'ah and the Khalifa and for refusing to testify. He was sentenced to pay the right property, if it were not necessary that there were numerous diseases. He was the one who could affect the credibility of the witness, making the whole statement skeptical of the allegation that the allegation should be based on irrefutable evidence and certainty of guilt and any suspicion arising in the prosecution case. Must be resolved in favor of the accused, the prosecution failed to prove the accused's guilt through an unforgivable eye and, beyond any doubt, failed to prove the guilt of the accused, therefore, the accused's sentence could not be sustained. The High Court set aside the conviction and conviction of the accused and he was acquitted of the charge.
