MUZAFFAR versus COLLECTOR

Section 18 court-related applicants' property was acquired and their objection to the referee court's request for reimbursement and re-notification was dismissed for illegal prosecution. Applicants were of the view that the referee court acted swiftly, although the applicant's conduct was not precise, however, the decision was construed in favor of decision-making regarding law qualification and The High Court dismissed the petitioner's request for objection immediately. It is only and proper that the applicants have sufficient opportunity to prove their case, the matter was remanded to the referee court and the petitioner's objection was restored, in the circumstances.
