In the exercise of arbitrary jurisdiction, the law framed by the superior courts in respect of matters relating to the issuance of a temporary injunction was absolutely correct, nothing will be said in the judgment because the merits of the case by the courts Nothing will be said about the discoveries listed on. The matter will be decided on its own merits, irrespective of the observations, as it was made only to know that there is no application for trial of the applicant for the purpose of issuing a temporary injunction.
