DORAB PATEL versus KARACHI BUILDING CONTROL AUTHORITY

Karachi Buildings and Town Planning Regulations 1979 Para 2 (i) (e), Schedule G Constitution Pakistan (1973), Article 185 Appeal against the construction of a multi-storeyed building on the ground that the applicants alleged in their constitutional petitions.
