DORAB PATEL versus KARACHI BUILDING CONTROL AUTHORITY
Karachi Buildings and Town Planning Regulations 1979 Para 2 (i) (e), Schedule G Constitution Pakistan (1973), Article 185 Appeal against the construction of a multi-storeyed building on the ground that the applicants alleged in their constitutional petitions. Defendants are standing in dispute. The construction was in violation of the rules of the building plans and buildings approved by the respondents, and the construction was in accordance with the approved plans and Schedule G of paragraph 2 (i) (e), Karachi Building and Town Planning Regulations 1979. Was according to The High Court refused to grant interim order because the construction of the controversial buildings was completed. The Supreme Court had refused to stop the construction at such a stage, but banned the transfer of controversial buildings or making any changes or preventing the settlement of the constitution. There were pending petitions in the High Court Petition for Appeal, the appeal changed and it was dealt with accordingly.
