There is no provision of the Pakistan Penal Code Section 302/34 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) of the law which prohibits the arrest of the accused with a co-accused, against whom under section 512, CR. Cases can be filed. Even though the PC did not appear for ten years, it did not mean that the accused could not be prosecuted for such a long time. No judicial inquiry was also arranged in the law, so that the accused could be allowed to appeal, accordingly.
