Obtaining the permission of the Commissioner provided under Section 163 (2) (a) (ii) of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967, the Collector does not have the jurisdiction to require the Assistant Commissioner / Collector to review the order of his predecessor. Will need to be retained by the Additional Commissioner. Put aside by the Board of Revenue in review
