It was correct to make a wrong conclusion of law or fact in the appeal, but to some extent such revision would not be worth it, unless, to this conclusion, the entire error of the law was not expressly committed. The recent judgments and orders of the courts below were deemed unimaginable by not facing any weakness or irregularity and cannot be interrupted in reviewing.
