Any arrest of Pakistan Penal Code section 188 criminal code of conduct (v. 1898), section 195 and 561 FIR is punishable under CRPC section 188, PPC due to bar contained in section 195 (1) (a). Can confess to the crime. Except in the written complaint of a public servant or another public servant whom he was subordinate to, where the court was unable to admit the crime after the challan was presented, the same could not be presented in the court FIR. Registered under Section 188, the PPC has been abolished accordingly
