The West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967 made the provisions of the Limitation Act 1908 on the appeal / revision and restriction of applications on the calculation of the limitation period, only section 12 to 25 of the count of period 12, the limitation act 1908. The limitations were imposed by Section 167 of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967, but the provisions of section 5 of the 1908 limitation on appeals, reviews and review petitions filed under the Act (XVII of 1967) did not apply.
