The West Pakistan Arms Ordinance 1965 Section 13, lack of appeal was not suppressed, but the accused had already demanded reduction in imprisonment for which the period of prosecution was not opposed. The accused had already gone to jail. If there is sufficient punishment to meet the extremity of justice, the penalty imposed on it is also dealt with accordingly.
