FARYAD HUSSAIN versus MANAGER, SAAD TEXTILE INDUSTRIES (PVT.) LTD., FAISALABAD
Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Provisions 25A & 37 (3) West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VI 1968), Section O11 Termination of Employee Complaints Petition Revoking Employees' Termination It was made that the employer had the company. The request for a complaint against the termination of employment by the Levy Court was dismissed and no valuable material was recorded by Labor Court nor any permission was obtained from Labor. Under the O11A section of the West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment Ordinance, 1968, the closure of the industry, claimed by the employer, by the court for the closure of the company, was considered, in these circumstances, a shameful exercise of labor. The court should have moved on. To record the evidence produced by the parties only in light of this, the correct conclusion can be drawn that the Ad-Labor Court decision, which could not withstand judicial scrutiny, was rejected by the Labor Appellate Tribunal.
