Sections 2 (i) and 11 (3) of the Sindh Civil Servants Act 1973 Rules of the Public Service Commission (Functions), 1974, R5 Adhoc Appointment Regulation The public servant was initially appointed on an ad hoc basis for six months. He continued for almost two years, but his services were never regulated by the Public Service Commission post in which he was appointed a civil servant, was never removed from the jurisdiction of the Public Service Commission. Will not be employed until he is eligible for public employment. Unless removed from the Public Service Commission's jurisdiction pursuant to R5 of the Public Service Commission (Functions) Rules 1974, on the Commission's examination or his office, the Chief Minister's services of such public servant may be terminated on fourteen days' notice or Payment in return is provided under Section 11 (3) of the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973
