Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Sections 10 and 38 (3a) Notice of Proof Revision Petition of the Trade Union Service The Labor Union, whose registration was canceled by the Registrar, Trade Unions, alleged that the petitioner was not heard. Heard because no hearing notice was found. Registrar, through trade unions, applicants were issued prior to cancellation of registration / registration to prove the above mentioned notice to the trade unions, but to the notice of the Registrar, Trade Unions to prove the service of the Registrar. Nothing was presented on the record. The trade unions failed to carry their load, the applicant rightfully claimed that they were not heard.
