Participate in the proceedings under Section 14 of the Qadhaf (Enforcement Limitation) Ordinance 1979, as husband and wife under Section 143 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Section 203 of the Qazf (Enforcement Limitation) Ordinance 1979. The marriage between the parties has already been dissolved, there could not be any opportunity for trial under Article 14 of the said Ordinance Order which the trial court directed to be heard under Section 14 of the Criminal Code (Enforcement) Ordinance, 1979. Was Completely misunderstood and extremely disingenuous for this, was set aside accordingly
