AFZAL MEHMOOD versus SAJJAD AHMAD
The Crimes of Adultery (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance 1979 Section 10 (3) and 20 Criminal Code of Conduct (V9 1898), Section 417 (2A), were completed by the two witnesses and the medical evidence was affirmed by the trial court. Evidence was not appreciated - Appeal against failure to properly evaluate either quality or quantity was lost in the Supreme Court's case in which Hyman's full quote was not sustained even after the delay. The 46 hours were reported by the police to report the case itself and in cases of adultery which would otherwise have been proved beyond reasonable doubt, the delay in reporting was a worldwide incident to acquit the trial court. The verdict was set aside and he was found guilty under Section 10 (3) of the Adultery (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance 1979 and sentenced to 20 years in prison. This section belongs to 382B, CR PC
