MEHMOOD versus STATE
Section 110/55/1112 and 561 of the Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC) ended an action by the police under section 1110/55, the CRPC against the accused sub-divisional magistrate and tribunal under section 1112. When the proceedings began, there was no specific charge or precedent on the CRPC. This report is intended to suggest that the accused was generally a thief, defender or recipient of the burglary or the recipient of stolen property or any action referred to in the provisions of Section 1110, CR PC3. I was involved with the year 1979. , 1986 and 1996, however, some of the cases against the individual were pending as to the effect of the effect, it did not appear to have commenced proceedings under section 1110, section 1110, CCP under the CRPC. There is not enough substance, the action against the accused is ordered to be canceled
