If there was a cause for action, all relief from such proceedings must be included in one suit. And the plaintiff may be allowed to separate. If his claim is disposed of, he will consequently be subject to the provisions of O2, R2 of the CPC plaintiff, in which case, he is legally eligible to split his claim and file two lawsuits. Was not, especially when no reason was given for filing a separate case, nor was he asked for permission from the district court in which the plaintiff had presented the case.
