The only treatment available for allegations of unfair labor is to refer to the National Industrial Relations Commission under Sec. 22A (8) (g) of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, read with Regulation 32 (2) of the National Industrial Relations Commission (Regulations and Duties) Regulations, 1973, any jurisdiction under section 4 of the Service Tribunals Act 1973 The option will not be included in the service tribunal. Consideration of labor union matters and other matters relating to the rights of employees of organizations.
