Retirement of Government Employees (Talent and Discipline) Rules 1973 R4 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 The Service Tribunal dismissed the appeal of a civil servant whose limitations caused him to be dismissed early. As such, the order of the service tribunal was dismissed against the appeal of a public servant against whom they had filed a review petition in which the court's decision was challenged on mere grounds and not on merit but the service tribunal. Of the unauthorized order and as such, was absolutely correct on Merit's decision. The Service Tribunal, however, has its reasons for excluding appeals on merits and no interference with the service tribunal's decision can be barred from service tribunal due to the restriction of civil servants.
