Was not banned. The required certificate was not created under this requirement. Non-compliance with the mandatory supply of Section 364 (2; CR PC being irrevocably illegal, the trial proceedings were unsuccessful and consequently the conviction of the accused was set aside and the case adjourned further. Submitted to the trial court for section 342, following fresh action from the recording phase of the accused under CRPC
