Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25A West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VI of 1968), Section O15 (3) (e), dismisses the employee who was on leave for a month. It was absent. During the trial of the 16-year-old employees 'complaint for non-submission of a complaint, the employees also filed a medical certificate with a late condolence request, which shows that the employees were given a few days' leave. Suffered from pain and angina and employee was not shown. The employee, due to a serious illness, was rightfully dismissed from the job and could not be reinstated after being absent from duty for so long without good reason.
