The contempt of court in the High Courts under Section 45 and 52 of the Constitution of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act 1974 is not subject to the other provisions of the Constitution nor is any law exempt from such powers. And there are high courts. All exceptions are powerful except for any offense committed under section 45 (1) and (2) of the Constitution or to punish any person for the commission. Exception is granted and thus will be exempt. Only available to them unless they hold this constitutional position, and to act against such persons when they are unable to hold the position whereby they are granted privilege or immunity.
