GHULAM MURTAZA versus GHULAM HAIDER
Article 305 of the Punjab Pre-Emission Act 1913 (: 973), Article 185 order dismissed by the pre-trial court, however, was dismissed on appeal, in which the order of the amendment was restored, the trial court pre-emptively granted bail. The claimant asserts that the matter was banned from time to time because it seized some part of the property in question, before it was confirmed in the record of rights before the deviations were confirmed. In the property, the landlord was in joint farming, as part of the joint lease the land in question was filed by the defendant (vendor). Physical possession was not, therefore, valid for the limitation period after the evidence was properly rejected by the trial court and the High Court, counting after the appellate court invalidating the evidence. Submitted a High Court verdict based on the scrutiny of the evidence and a decree under which it did not demand intervention in the pre-arrest case, was dismissed in the appeal circuit.
