Banking Companies (Recovery of Loans) Ordinance 1979 Sections 1 (2), (3) and 6 (l) (a) (4) Civil Procedure Code (V of 1908), Orders issued by banking companies (Recovery of loans) , 1979, The Special Court will have special jurisdiction through or approved by the Agricultural Development Bank of Pakistan, which was related to or arises from the loan, which did not extend the outstanding loan amount to ten million rupees. The special court shall have all the powers established in the civil court under the Civil Procedure Code, involved in a case of less than 1908 million rupees, any court other than the special court shall hear and file the matter. Will not have the jurisdiction to decide. Therefore, a special court established under the Ordinance 1979 of the Banking Companies (Recovery of Loans) was moved to adjudicate the merits.
