Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC) Section 491 Constitution of Pakistan (1973); Article 1 (185 ()) of the Habitat Corporation petition, the conviction of juveniles was that the first application under section 491, CCPC was made by the High Court. The Guardian Court was handled on this matter, another such application should have been rejected by the High Court for these reasons and now that the Guardian Court was also handled over the matter but the High Court Instead of passing the interim order which was finally allowed under section 491, the CRPC allowed the defendant (mother) to have custody of the juveniles and also restored his passport which he used for the minor. As well as leave the country, which could prevent the Guardian from deciding the juvenile detention case. The above quarantine was allowed to be considered
