AZAM KHAN versus DIRECTOR, M/S. PAKISTAN TERMINAL OPERATORS, KARACHI
Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25A West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment (Standing Orders) Ordinance (VI of 1968), Section 1 (4) (a) Complaint Petition Personnel Employment Establishment sent by Employees only to Employer Establishment Notice was taken of the workers' complaints notice. Earlier, as it was sent, the four employees were presented with separate charge sheets long before their service was dismissed and they were also dismissed separately, but they all filed a joint complaint. Under which there was no provision. The request for joint complaints filed by the employees was bad because only a separate petition for complaint filed by the employees could be entertained, thus the right to be dismissed by the Labor Court before the dismissal. Was not worth it.
