Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 Section 15 (2) (vi) Removal of a Tenant on Reconstruction-Based Landlord is seeking eviction of the tenant on the basis of reconstruction of the premises under questions even though the eviction application has been filed. Did not obtain a plan of approval from the competent authority before doing so. The project was obtained only during the eviction proceedings, the approval of the project, even if it was obtained during the legal proceedings, would have a valid approval and on the basis of which the order to evict the tenant was given. However, once approved, the tenant may also be ordered to evacuate. The renewal process mentioned above expired because approval was just a formality and it was not appropriate for the landlord to renew the approval every year.
