KAMALUDDIN versus IBRAHIM KHAN
Section 15 (2) (vii) As per the personal requirement of the resident landlord, the landlord tried to evict the tenant from the premises under the question that there were 13 families including 11 children. And all the members of his family were important, and because of the shortage of housing of their older sons, the tenants were being delayed because the tenants refused to interfere with the landlord, hence the request for eviction. Opposed that he had paid Rs 5,000 as advance rent at the start of the tenancy and in the meantime a part of the application for rent was made by the tenants. H was empty, but the house was again rent by owner. The tenancy of the tenant's validity was not credible because if the landlord had received the rent in advance from the tenant, he would not separate it from his position. The landlord can be evicted if the premises prove to be a tenant personal benefit.
