For the applicants, the authorities have failed to implement the same Remedy Act which has obtained final status on the decision of the provincial government. Such decision can be applied by the provincial government HC to the applicant provincial government. Will move on their own if they wish to implement / comply with their decision. Applicants will be fully affected within a period of fifteen days of mobilization of government
