Registration Act 1908 Section 73 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) The sale agreement between the applicants and the respondents was executed by such applicant. Subsequently, the Power of Attorney and Sales Contractor was canceled by the District Registrar. These orders were received under which the Registrar was instructed to carry out the sale process. Applicant challenged the orders of the District Registrar constitutionally, before the High Court, which was dismissed, the appeal was granted to consider whether there were no documents. It is believed to have been executed under the auspices of Sections 73, Registration Act, 1908, CL (A) and (B).
