MUHAMMAD NAWAZ versus STATE
Sections 382B & 561A Penal Code (XLV of 1860), Sections 302/34, 337/34 and 452/34 of the Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC) were approved to impose the death sentence on one accused while the other two accused. The accused, who were also sentenced to life imprisonment by the High Court, had taken advantage of the President's general amnesty order, all three accused were being sentenced to life imprisonment, which were running concurrently, But Section 382B, CRPC, had legal benefit. They are not allowed to benefit from Section 382B, CCP. In all cases and cases, the accused has a legal right to prove the crime.
