Border Pre-Emission Act 1987 Section 13 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Applicant to verify suit for restoration of prejudice (Defendant) claimed that the plaintiff filed Section 13, North West Frontier Province Failure to make the students according to the provisions of the Impression Act, 1987 and for this reason they were not entitled to issue an order. Together, it was found that the tolls made by the plaintiffs were in accordance with the requirements of section 13. On the conclusions reached by the High Court, the applicant of the Act was unable to prove any weakness or illegality. Because of the misrepresentation of evidence and the omission of any significant piece of evidence, the conclusions of the Supreme Court were not guaranteed to come to any conclusion. Court of Appeal refused to appeal under unanimous decision
