Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 186 An Explosive Regulation (XLV of 1860), Section 403/409 Corruption Prevention Act (II of 1947), Section 5 (2) The accused transferred his petition for bail before the arrest of the Sindh High Court. The Supreme Court granted the interim bail of the accused in the wake of the seriousness of his arrest and the danger to his life to any other high court in the province of Sindh. Was instructed to continue working as a security guarantee. Two weeks or so before surrendering before the Sindh High Court, whichever was earlier, the constitutional petition was dealt with.
